Video Editing & Motion Graphics

We are seeking a creative, skilled, and detail-oriented Video Editor to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of storytelling, engaging visuals, and modern video editing techniques. This role involves producing high-quality video content tailored for various social media platforms, including YouTube, Instagram Reels, and TikTok. The successful applicant will be passionate about crafting compelling narratives through video and have the ability to maintain audience engagement across different formats.

Key Responsibilities
- Edit high-quality videos for social media platforms such as YouTube, Instagram Reels, TikTok, and others.
- Create both short-form and long-form engaging content that resonates with target audiences.
- Incorporate motion graphics, animations, transitions, sound effects, and captions to enhance video quality.
- Apply a strong sense of pacing, storytelling, and audience retention strategies in all projects.
- Collaborate closely with the creative team to ensure the delivery of professional and polished content.
- Stay current with the latest video editing trends, tools, and techniques to continuously improve output.

Required Qualifications
- Proven professional experience in video editing with a solid portfolio demonstrating your skills.
- Proficiency in industry-standard software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, or similar tools.
- Strong understanding of storytelling principles, color grading, sound design, and motion graphics.
- Ability to manage multiple projects efficiently while meeting tight deadlines.
- A creative mindset paired with excellent attention to detail.

Important Note
Only applications accompanied by a portfolio or showreel will be considered. Submissions without sample work or a showreel will not be reviewed. We are looking for editors who do more than just cut footage—they create content that captures attention and keeps viewers engaged.

Compensation and Work Location
The monthly salary ranges from Rs25,000 to Rs100,000, depending on experience and skill level. This position involves working on the road, requiring flexibility and adaptability.
