Khan Digital Agency is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Content Creator & Video Editor to join our head office team. This role is ideal for someone passionate about visual storytelling, with practical experience in video editing and camera operation. The successful candidate will focus on producing engaging, trend-driven content tailored for social media platforms such as Instagram Reels and TikTok. Working in a dynamic environment, you will play a key role in enhancing the agency’s digital presence through innovative and visually compelling content.
Key Responsibilities
Shoot, edit, and produce high-quality videos and reels for various social media platforms using professional cameras and editing software. Operate DSLR or mirrorless cameras along with lighting setups to capture content that aligns with the brand’s aesthetics and marketing objectives. Plan, schedule, and publish posts, stories, and reels across multiple social media channels to maintain a consistent online presence. Stay updated on current social media trends, viral challenges, popular formats, and competitor activities to generate fresh and relevant content ideas. Conduct keyword and hashtag research to improve content discoverability and boost audience engagement. Collaborate closely with marketing and design teams to ensure all content supports ongoing campaigns, promotions, and adheres to brand guidelines.
Required Qualifications
Proven experience in video editing and social media content creation is essential. Proficiency with video editing software and tools is required. Candidates should be skilled in handling cameras, audio equipment, and lighting setups. A strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and other visual-first social platforms is necessary. Familiarity with social media scheduling tools will be advantageous. Excellent research skills, keen attention to detail, and the ability to stay ahead of trends are important. The ideal candidate is creative, self-motivated, highly organized, and possesses strong communication and teamwork abilities.
Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
This is a full-time, in-person position based at our office located near Habib Bank Chowrangi, Nazimabad, Karachi. Office hours are from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday to Friday, with alternate Saturdays off. The salary range for this role is Rs30,000 to Rs60,000 per month, commensurate with experience and skills. Additional benefits include a yearly bonus, performance-based salary increments, provident fund (PF), and a fuel allowance.
