Video Editor & Graphic Designer

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented female Video Editor & Graphic Designer to join our team on a full-time basis at Al-Shifa Future Hospital in Gujranwala. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of experience or be open to internship opportunities. This role involves producing high-quality video content and professional graphic designs tailored for social media, YouTube, marketing campaigns, and other digital platforms. You will transform raw footage and concepts into engaging visual content that aligns with our brand and captures audience attention effectively.

Key Responsibilities
- Edit high-quality videos for YouTube, social media, advertisements, and other digital platforms.
- Create engaging short-form content, including Reels, Shorts, TikToks, and promotional videos.
- Design professional thumbnails, social media graphics, banners, advertisements, and marketing materials.
- Add captions, transitions, effects, background music, sound effects, and other enhancements to videos.
- Select and organize footage to produce compelling and polished final videos.
- Maintain consistent branding, including fonts, colors, and visual style across all content.
- Develop eye-catching YouTube thumbnails to improve viewer engagement.
- Collaborate with the content and marketing teams to understand project requirements and deadlines.
- Stay updated with the latest trends in video editing, graphic design, and social media.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring high-quality output and timely delivery.
- Incorporate feedback and deliver final files in the required formats.

Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in video editing and graphic design.
- Proficiency with video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, or CapCut.
- Strong graphic design skills using Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, or similar tools.
- Good understanding of YouTube and social media content formats.
- Ability to create attractive and professional thumbnails.
- Strong sense of typography, composition, color theory, pacing, and visual storytelling.
- Creativity, attention to detail, and a commitment to visual quality.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple assignments effectively.
- Good communication skills and the ability to follow creative instructions.
- Consistent ability to meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Experience working with YouTube channels or digital media companies is highly desirable.
- Background in creating medical, healthcare, educational, corporate, or promotional content is a plus.
- Knowledge of motion graphics and basic animation is advantageous.
- Understanding of YouTube thumbnails, audience retention strategies, and social media trends is beneficial.
- A strong portfolio showcasing previous video editing and graphic design work is highly preferred.

We offer a competitive salary ranging from Rs25,000 to Rs30,000 per month, depending on experience and skills.
