Key Responsibilities
- Assist in organizing and editing raw video footage for social media, marketing campaigns, and creator-focused content.
- Apply cuts, transitions, audio, graphics, and simple motion elements to produce engaging short-form videos.
- Perform basic color adjustments to enhance video quality.
- Export videos in required formats suitable for various platforms.
- Stay updated with trends in short-form video content such as Reels, Shorts, and TikTok-style videos.
- Support the visual storytelling process by working with graphics, transitions, and motion elements to create compelling content.

Required Qualifications
- Strong foundational skills in video editing with a basic understanding of shooting and video production techniques.
- Proficiency in editing and basic color grading using tools such as CapCut, VN, or Adobe Premiere Pro. Knowledge of DaVinci Resolve is considered a plus.
- Ability to work effectively with graphics, transitions, and simple motion elements to enhance video storytelling.
- Basic understanding of social media platforms and the nuances of short-form creator content, including formats like Reels, Shorts, and TikTok videos.
- Strong attention to detail, creativity, and a keen eye for pacing, framing, and maintaining visual consistency throughout the content.
- Enrollment in or recent completion of a degree or diploma in film, media, design, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
