Video Editor

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Video Editor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience producing engaging video content tailored for platforms such as YouTube, YouTube Shorts, Instagram Reels, TikTok, and other digital channels. This role requires the ability to transform raw footage, images, audio, and creative ideas into polished, high-quality videos that capture and maintain viewer attention.

Key Responsibilities

- Edit videos for various social media platforms including YouTube, YouTube Shorts, Instagram Reels, and TikTok.
- Produce both short-form and long-form video content that is engaging and visually appealing.
- Incorporate transitions, effects, background music, sound effects, subtitles, and animations to enhance video quality.
- Edit AI-generated videos and integrate AI-generated images when necessary.
- Develop compelling openings and storytelling sequences to boost viewer retention.
- Maintain consistent video quality, pacing, audio levels, and overall visual presentation.
- Adhere to project briefs, meet deadlines, and implement feedback effectively.
- Organize video files and manage project assets systematically.
- Stay updated with the latest video editing trends, formats, and techniques to continuously improve content quality.

Required Qualifications

- Proven experience in video editing with a strong portfolio or examples of previous work.
- Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, CapCut, or similar tools.
- Solid understanding of video formats, aspect ratios, frame rates, and export settings.
- Knowledge of sound design, color correction, transitions, and visual effects.
- Strong creativity, attention to detail, and storytelling skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines efficiently.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits

- Experience specifically editing YouTube videos and social media content.

This position offers a monthly salary ranging from Rs30,000 to Rs50,000. The role requires working on-site to collaborate closely with the team and ensure the highest quality of video production.
