Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Video Editor role based in Islāmābād, Pakistan.
The Video Editor will be responsible for assembling raw footage into compelling travel videos, including cutting, sequencing, and adding transitions to create engaging stories for digital platforms. Day-to-day tasks include collaborating with the content and marketing teams, applying color grading, integrating motion graphics and titles, and ensuring brand consistency across all video assets. The role also involves optimizing video content for different channels, managing file organization and backups, and contributing creative ideas to enhance the visual identity of Traveling Partner Official. Qualifications- Strong skills in Video Production and Video Editing, with experience creating content for digital and social platforms.
- Proficiency in Video Color Grading to maintain visual consistency and enhance the overall look and feel of travel footage.
- Ability to design and integrate Motion Graphics and Graphics to support storytelling, branding, and viewer engagement.
- Experience with industry-standard editing and design tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, or equivalent).
- Solid understanding of storytelling, pacing, sound design, and visual aesthetics for travel and lifestyle content.
- Strong attention to detail, time management skills, and the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills, with openness to feedback and iterative improvement.
- Relevant education or training in film, media, design, or a related field is preferred; a portfolio or showreel demonstrating prior work is required.
