PropHunters Real Estate Dubai is seeking a talented and detail-oriented Video Editor to join our team remotely from Pakistan. The ideal candidate will have a passion for transforming property footage into captivating videos that effectively showcase Dubai’s real estate offerings. This full-time role involves creating engaging video content that highlights properties, neighbourhoods, agents, and the PropHunters brand across various social media and digital platforms. Key Responsibilities
- Edit property tours, real estate videos, agent profiles, promotional content, and social media clips.
- Produce both short-form and long-form videos, including podcasts.
- Utilize AI tools such as Higgsfield, Eleven Labs, and Heygen to enhance video content.
- Assemble, trim, and sequence raw footage into polished videos.
- Create engaging short videos optimized for Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and other platforms.
- Add transitions, titles, captions, motion graphics, and branded elements to videos.
- Maintain consistent colour grading, sound quality, and overall visual style.
- Adapt video content to suit different platforms, formats, and aspect ratios.
- Collaborate closely with marketing and sales teams to translate creative briefs into compelling visual stories.
- Organize and manage video assets and project files efficiently.
- Stay current with video editing techniques and social media content trends.
- Continuously enhance the quality and impact of video productions.

Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in video editing and digital content creation.
- Proficiency with professional editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve.
- Strong understanding of storytelling, pacing, composition, and visual engagement.
- Skilled in colour grading and audio enhancement.
- Experience creating motion graphics, captions, titles, lower thirds, and branded elements.
- Knowledge of social media video formats and trends.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
- Excellent time-management and organizational skills.
- Capability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines consistently.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills.
