We are looking for a talented and creative Video Editor to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for transforming raw footage into polished, high-quality video content suitable for broadcasting, social media, and various distribution platforms. Working closely with the creative team, you will help bring their vision to life through expert editing, ensuring that the final product aligns with our brand’s messaging and engages our audience effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
- Edit video footage to produce compelling content for multiple platforms, including social media, websites, and promotional materials.
- Collaborate with the creative team to understand project goals and deliver visually appealing videos that support brand identity.
- Trim and arrange footage segments to create a coherent and engaging sequence.
- Incorporate music, graphics, and effects to enhance video quality and storytelling impact.
- Ensure logical sequencing and smooth transitions for a polished final product.
- Stay updated on new editing technologies and industry best practices to improve efficiency and creativity.
- Adhere to marketing team specifications and guidelines for all video projects.
- Review and recommend improvements to the video production workflow.
- Maintain an organized library of raw footage and edited content for easy retrieval and future use.

Required Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Video Editor or Motion Graphics Animator, supported by a strong portfolio demonstrating your editing and creative skills.
- Proficiency in industry-standard video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, or similar tools.
- Solid understanding of editing techniques, visual storytelling, and video composition principles.
- Ability to identify attention-grabbing shots and create visually engaging content that enhances the brand’s unique selling points.
- Capability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
- Excellent attention to detail and strong time management skills to meet project deadlines consistently.
- Effective communication skills to clearly convey ideas and concepts during the production process.
- Knowledge of motion graphics, including 2D and 3D animation, is essential.
