RedStar Technologies is looking for a creative and motivated Junior Video Editor with 1–2 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong sense of visual storytelling and the ability to produce engaging, high-quality video content tailored for social media, marketing campaigns, and promotional projects. This role requires a keen eye for detail and a passion for crafting videos that resonate with diverse audiences across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities
- Edit raw footage into polished, professional videos suitable for social media and marketing initiatives.
- Incorporate transitions, text overlays, motion graphics, and basic animations to enhance video quality.
- Perform color correction, audio synchronization, and sound editing to ensure a seamless viewing experience.
- Assemble footage based on scripts, storyboards, and creative briefs provided by the team.
- Optimize videos specifically for platforms such as Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn, and others.
- Select and integrate appropriate music, sound effects, and voiceovers to complement the visuals.
- Collaborate closely with marketing and content teams to align videos with creative goals and brand messaging.
- Organize project files systematically and maintain consistency in brand style and video quality.
- Implement feedback and revisions promptly while adhering to project deadlines.
- Stay informed about emerging trends in video editing and social media best practices to keep content fresh and relevant.

Required Qualifications
- 0–1 years of professional or freelance experience in video editing.
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects.
- Solid understanding of visual storytelling, pacing, composition, and transitions.
- Basic knowledge of motion graphics, color grading, and audio editing techniques.
- Strong attention to detail, creativity, and effective time management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines consistently.
- A portfolio or demo reel showcasing previous video editing work.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Familiarity with Adobe Photoshop or Illustrator is a plus.
- Knowledge of sound design and stock media resources.
- Experience producing marketing, promotional, or social media content is advantageous.

RedStar Technologies offers a competitive salary ranging from Rs50,000 to Rs60,000 per month, depending on experience.
