We are seeking a talented and creative Video Editor to become an integral part of our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong editing skills and the ability to produce compelling visual content tailored for digital platforms, marketing campaigns, and social media channels. This role requires a keen eye for detail, creativity, and the ability to deliver high-quality videos that engage and convert audiences.

Key Responsibilities:
- Edit and produce engaging video content for various digital platforms, including social media and marketing campaigns.
- Apply video color grading techniques to enhance the overall visual quality of footage.
- Incorporate typography, pacing, motion graphics, and sound design to create polished and professional videos.
- Utilize knowledge of hook psychology and conversion-focused editing to maximize viewer engagement and response.
- Design and implement motion graphics and dynamic visual effects to elevate video storytelling.
- Collaborate with the creative team to ensure videos align with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining high standards of quality.

Required Qualifications:
- Proficiency in video production and editing tools and techniques.
- Experience with video color grading to improve footage aesthetics.
- Strong understanding of typography, pacing, motion graphics, and sound design principles.
- Knowledge of hook psychology and editing strategies focused on conversion.
- Skilled in motion graphics and creating dynamic visual effects.
- Familiarity with industry-standard video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or equivalent tools.
- A portfolio showcasing relevant video editing work is mandatory to demonstrate skills and creativity.
- Excellent attention to detail, creativity, and ability to work under tight deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
- This is a full-time, on-site position based in Karachi.
- Working hours are from 12:30 PM to 9:00 PM, Monday through Saturday.
- The salary range for this role is between 80,000 to 100,000 PKR per month.
