Key Responsibilities

- Edit high-quality real estate property videos and project walkthroughs with precision and creativity.
- Develop engaging promotional videos that effectively showcase real estate projects.
- Produce eye-catching social media reels and short-form video content tailored for various platforms.
- Utilize motion graphics, transitions, and visual effects to enhance the overall video quality and viewer experience.
- Ensure all video content consistently reflects the brand’s visual identity and supports marketing objectives.

Required Qualifications

- 2 to 3 years of professional experience in video editing, specifically with real estate videos and property walkthroughs.
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and Adobe After Effects is essential.
- Strong understanding of pacing, transitions, color grading, and motion graphics techniques.
- A creative approach to video editing combined with excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to work efficiently under deadlines while maintaining high-quality output.
- A portfolio demonstrating previous work in video editing, particularly within the real estate sector, is required.

Job Details

This is a full-time, on-site position located at Badar Commercial, DHA Phase 5, Karachi. The salary range for this role is PKR 60,000 to 80,000 per month, commensurate with experience and skill level.
