We're a growing creative startup with 3 years of experience in video production and content creation. We're now looking for a skilled, creative, and motivated Video Editor to join our team.

🎬 What You'll Be Working On

Long-form podcast editing (YouTube)
Short-form content (Instagram Reels, TikTok & YouTube Shorts)
Podcast highlights and viral clips
AI-generated reels and creative video content
Professional storytelling, pacing, captions, and transitions

✅ Requirements

Strong skills in both long-form and short-form video editing
Experience editing podcasts and social media reels
Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve
Strong understanding of hooks, audience retention, and storytelling
Creative mindset and ability to meet deadlines
Must be available to work on-site

💰 Salary & Employment Details

Starting Salary: From PKR 40,000/month
Trial Period: 15 working days (Paid)
Job Type: Full-Time, On-Site
Location: North Nazimabad, Karachi

🚨 MANDATORY SELECTION REQUIREMENTS

Portfolio Submission: Every applicant must submit a portfolio showcasing their previous editing work.
Practical Editing Test: Shortlisted candidates will be given raw footage and a specific editing brief to complete a practical test. This will help us evaluate their editing skills, creativity, storytelling, attention to detail, and ability to follow instructions.
No Exceptions: Both portfolio submission and completion of the practical editing test are compulsory.

The practical editing test is part of the hiring selection process and is separate from the 15-working-day paid trial period.
