With three years of experience in video production and content creation, the studio offers an exciting opportunity for a creative professional to work full-time on-site, contributing to a variety of engaging video projects. Key Responsibilities
- Edit long-form podcasts primarily for YouTube, ensuring professional storytelling, pacing, and smooth transitions.
- Create short-form content tailored for platforms such as Instagram Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts.
- Produce podcast highlights and viral clips that capture audience attention.
- Develop AI-generated reels and other creative video content to enhance engagement.
- Apply captions, hooks, and other elements to maximize audience retention and storytelling impact.

Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in both long-form and short-form video editing, with a strong portfolio showcasing relevant work.
- Hands-on experience editing podcasts and social media reels.
- Proficiency in industry-standard editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve.
- Solid understanding of video hooks, audience retention strategies, and narrative storytelling techniques.
- Creative mindset with the ability to meet deadlines consistently.
- Availability to work full-time on-site at the North Nazimabad, Karachi location.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Experience with AI-generated video content is highly desirable.
- Starting salary begins at PKR 40,000 per month.

Selection Process
Applicants must submit a portfolio showcasing previous editing work as part of the application. Shortlisted candidates will be required to complete a practical editing test using provided raw footage and a specific brief. This test evaluates creativity, storytelling ability, attention to detail, and adherence to instructions. Both portfolio submission and completion of the practical test are mandatory and separate from the paid trial period.
