National Incubation Center Lahore (NIC Lahore) is a premier innovation hub established under the vision of the Prime Minister of Pakistan. We are currently offering a full-time internship opportunity for a Video Editor who will be responsible for managing the entire video production process. This role involves working with raw footage, editing sequences, adding transitions, syncing audio, and producing engaging content tailored for digital platforms and events.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end video production, including assembling raw footage and editing sequences to produce polished final videos.
- Perform color grading to maintain visual consistency, enhance mood, and ensure high-quality output across all video content.
- Create and integrate motion graphics and graphic elements such as titles, lower-thirds, and animations to support brand identity and storytelling.
- Utilize industry-standard editing and post-production software, including Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, and Photoshop, to deliver professional results.
- Apply strong visual storytelling skills and attention to detail to create compelling digital content optimized for social media and other platforms.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, incorporating feedback constructively to refine video projects.
- Work onsite in a fast-paced environment, meeting deadlines and adapting to evolving project requirements.

Required Qualifications
- Demonstrated expertise in video production and editing, capable of handling the complete workflow from raw footage to final output.
- Proficiency in video color grading techniques to ensure consistent and visually appealing results.
- Skilled in motion graphics and graphic design to enhance video content with dynamic visual elements.
- Experience with professional editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, and Photoshop or equivalent software.
- Strong understanding of social media formats and digital content trends to tailor videos accordingly.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team, accept feedback positively, and thrive in a dynamic work environment.
- Relevant educational background in film, media, design, or related fields, or equivalent practical experience.
