Key Responsibilities:
- Edit videos using CapCut and Adobe Premiere Pro to produce high-quality content tailored for YouTube.
- Develop engaging hooks and structure videos to enhance watch time, click-through rates (CTR), and overall audience retention.
- Source and integrate relevant clips, stock footage, and B-roll to enrich video storytelling.
- Design attractive and clickable YouTube thumbnails that align with video content and branding.
- Optimize videos for YouTube SEO by crafting effective titles, descriptions, and tags.
- Utilize AI tools and platforms such as Google Flow for video generation and prompt engineering to streamline content creation.
- Stay updated on the latest video editing trends and AI technologies to continuously improve production quality and efficiency.

Required Qualifications:
- Proficiency in CapCut and Adobe Premiere Pro video editing software.
- Strong understanding of YouTube Shorts, long-form video formats, and the platform’s algorithm dynamics including hooks, watch time, and CTR.
- Experience in sourcing and incorporating relevant clips, stock footage, and B-roll into video projects.
- Ability to create compelling YouTube thumbnails that attract viewer attention.
