The Video Editor role involves transforming raw footage into polished, engaging video content that meets project goals and aligns with brand standards. This full-time, on-site position based in Lahore requires working closely with animation and production teams to maintain a cohesive final product. Daily responsibilities include editing video clips, applying transitions and effects, synchronizing audio, and integrating basic motion graphics. The role also demands color grading expertise and preparing deliverables in formats suitable for multiple digital platforms. Strong coordination with creative and technical teams throughout the production cycle is essential.

Key Responsibilities
- Assemble and edit raw video footage into finished content that aligns with project objectives and brand guidelines.
- Apply transitions, effects, and synchronize audio tracks to enhance storytelling and viewer engagement.
- Perform color grading to ensure visual consistency, mood, and contrast across all video content.
- Integrate basic motion graphics and graphics elements to support narrative and visual impact.
- Prepare final deliverables in appropriate formats for distribution across various digital platforms.
- Collaborate closely with 3D artists, producers, and other creative team members to ensure seamless integration of video elements.
- Maintain attention to detail, timing, and pacing to meet creative briefs and quality standards.

Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in video editing and production, managing end-to-end post-production workflows.
- Proficiency in color grading techniques with a strong understanding of visual tone and consistency.
- Ability to create and incorporate motion graphics and basic graphic elements to enhance videos.
- Skilled in industry-standard editing and post-production software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, or equivalent tools.
- Excellent attention to detail with a strong sense of timing and pacing.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills to work efficiently within a multidisciplinary team on-site.
- Relevant education or training in film, media, design, or a related field is preferred.
- A portfolio or showreel demonstrating previous video editing work is required.
