Video Editor & Motion Graphics

Wonder Craftz is seeking a talented and motivated Video Editor & Motion Graphics Artist to join their onsite team located in Johar Town, Lahore, near the Expo Center. This full-time role offers a competitive monthly salary ranging from PKR 50,000 to 60,000, depending on experience and skills. The position requires 1 to 2 years of professional experience and involves working Monday to Friday from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM, with two alternate Saturdays per month. The ideal candidate will be passionate about creating engaging video content across various platforms and capable of handling multiple projects while maintaining high quality and consistency.

Key Responsibilities
- Edit short-form videos tailored for Instagram Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts.
- Edit long-form content such as YouTube videos, podcasts, interviews, and documentaries.
- Design and animate titles, transitions, lower thirds, and other motion graphics elements.
- Produce promotional videos, SaaS product demos, and instructional tutorials.
- Create AI-assisted video advertisements and user-generated content (UGC) style creatives.
- Perform color correction, audio editing, and basic sound design to enhance video quality.
- Follow creative briefs closely, incorporate feedback effectively, and ensure timely project delivery.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining video quality and brand consistency.

Required Qualifications
- 1 to 2 years of professional experience in video editing and motion graphics.
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and Adobe After Effects.
- A strong portfolio or showreel demonstrating video editing and motion graphics capabilities.
- Solid understanding of video pacing, storytelling techniques, transitions, and audience engagement strategies.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines consistently.
- Good communication skills and effective time management.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with AI video tools such as Runway, HeyGen, CapCut AI, or ElevenLabs.
- Familiarity with color grading software like DaVinci Resolve or Lumetri Color.
- Previous experience creating SaaS-related videos, social media advertisements, or UGC-style content.
