Video Editor & Videographer

We are seeking a creative and skilled Video Editor / Videographer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for both video shooting and editing for various company and client projects. This role requires hands-on experience in producing professional video content, including short-form and long-form videos, with a focus on creating engaging and visually appealing material.

Key Responsibilities

- Edit videos for social media platforms, marketing campaigns, company content, and client projects.
- Plan and execute video shoots according to project specifications.
- Manage camera operation, lighting, audio, and basic production setups during shoots.
- Edit a variety of video formats including reels, promotional videos, interviews, and long-form content.
- Edit and produce podcast videos, handling multi-camera footage, audio synchronization, cutting, and final delivery.
- Incorporate transitions, subtitles, graphics, sound effects, music, and perform color correction as needed.
- Ensure all videos meet quality standards, branding guidelines, and project requirements.
- Organize and maintain raw footage and project files efficiently.
- Collaborate with the creative team to understand project goals and deliver work within deadlines.

Required Qualifications

- Proven experience as a Video Editor with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
- Practical experience in video shooting and production.
- Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, or similar tools.
- Skilled in camera handling, lighting techniques, framing, and basic audio recording.
- Familiarity with podcast video editing is preferred.
- Good understanding of social media video formats and current trends.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
- Strong communication and time-management skills.

Compensation and Work Location

The position offers a monthly salary ranging from Rs70,000 to Rs150,000, depending on experience and skills. This is an in-person role requiring attendance at the designated work location.
