eGeeks Global is seeking a talented and creative Video Editor to join their media team immediately at their office located in Bahria Town Phase 4, Rawalpindi. This full-time, permanent position requires strict on-site attendance during regular office hours, Monday to Saturday. The successful candidate will be responsible for end-to-end post-production of faceless long-form YouTube videos and engaging vertical short-form content designed for high viewer retention. This role offers a competitive monthly salary ranging from Rs 70,000 to Rs 80,000, depending on expertise.
Key Responsibilities:
- Edit long-form 16:9 YouTube videos (5 to 15+ minutes) focusing on faceless documentary-style storytelling and talking-head episodes.
- Create punchy 9:16 vertical shorts (Reels, Shorts, TikTok) featuring dynamic subtitles and compelling 3-second hooks.
- Source and organize visual assets, structure scene sequences, and apply clean audio design including sound effects, ambient sounds, and background music ducking.
- Generate voiceovers and utilize modern AI visual and video tools to produce impactful graphics, concept art, and scene assets.
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience editing faceless or narrative YouTube videos and vertical short-form content.
- High proficiency in CapCut (Desktop) and/or Adobe Premiere Pro.
- Strong editing sense with sharp instincts for narrative retention, pacing, sound dynamics, and kinetic text placement within safe zones.
- Verifiable portfolio with live YouTube or Google Drive links showcasing completed projects.
- Immediate availability to start work on-site within the current week.
Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
- Experience with AI voiceover tools such as ElevenLabs for synthetic voice pacing and cleanup is a significant advantage.
- Familiarity with AI visual and video generation tools including Seedance, Grok AI, Google Flow, and GPT/DALL-E image generation for rapid concepting and scene b-roll creation.
