Video Editor/Reel Creator (On-site Night Shift)

Key Responsibilities
- Plan, edit, and produce short-form video content and reels that effectively highlight CognitiveTPG’s products and technology.
- Assemble raw footage, perform color correction, and add motion graphics and text overlays aligned with brand guidelines.
- Collaborate closely with marketing and product teams to interpret creative briefs, refine concepts, and deliver engaging content tailored for social media, presentations, and digital campaigns.
- Maintain organized video asset libraries to ensure easy access and efficient workflow.
- Continuously optimize video content based on performance metrics and stakeholder feedback to maximize engagement and impact.
- Work on-site during night shifts from 8 PM to 4 AM, ensuring timely delivery of projects within deadlines.

Required Qualifications
- Strong skills in video production and video editing, with a solid understanding of the entire video creation process.
- Proficiency in video color grading to maintain consistent and high-quality visuals across all content.
- Experience in motion graphics and graphic design to create visually engaging elements and overlays.
- Familiarity with industry-standard editing and motion graphics software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, or similar tools.
- Ability to interpret creative briefs accurately, adhere to brand guidelines, and deliver polished final products under tight deadlines.
- Strong visual storytelling skills, keen attention to detail, and a basic understanding of social media formats and best practices.
