VIDEOEDITOR | VIDEOGRAPHER

We are seeking a talented videographer and content creator to join our team and produce engaging short-form videos tailored for social media platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the entire production process, from conceptualizing creative ideas to shooting and editing content that resonates with our audience. This role requires a strong understanding of current social media trends and the ability to deliver visually compelling videos optimized for platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn.

Key Responsibilities

- Shoot and edit Reels, Shorts, corporate videos, and various social media content.
- Develop creative concepts, hooks, and shot ideas to create engaging short-form videos.
- Manage end-to-end production, including shooting, lighting, audio capture, editing, and basic color grading.
- Produce fast-paced, visually appealing content optimized specifically for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing and content teams to ensure alignment with brand messaging and campaign goals.
- Stay informed about the latest social media trends, formats, popular sounds, and editing techniques to keep content fresh and relevant.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Media, Film, Mass Communication, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1 year of professional experience in videography or content creation.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in Reels, short-form videos, or social media content.
- Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or similar tools.
- Solid understanding of camera operation, framing, lighting, audio recording, and visual storytelling principles.
- Creative mindset with excellent attention to detail and the ability to work independently.

Compensation and Work Location

The monthly salary range for this position is Rs 23,945.10 to Rs 89,677.47, commensurate with experience and skills. This role requires in-person attendance at the designated work location.
