Videographer and videoeditor

We are seeking a talented and creative Videographer & Video Editor to join a personal influencer channel based in Karachi. This role involves producing high-quality lifestyle and storytelling content for various social media platforms, including Instagram Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts. The ideal candidate will be skilled in both videography and video editing, with a strong eye for premium visuals, professional color grading, and audience engagement techniques. This position requires someone who can confidently handle indoor and outdoor shoots while delivering polished, engaging videos that resonate with viewers.

Key Responsibilities
- Shoot high-quality videos in both indoor and outdoor settings, capturing compelling visuals that align with the channel’s storytelling style.
- Edit short-form content tailored for social media platforms such as Instagram Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts.
- Perform professional color correction and advanced color grading to maintain a consistent, premium aesthetic throughout the content.
- Incorporate clean cuts, smooth transitions, captions, sound design, and precise audio syncing to enhance the overall video quality.
- Deliver finished videos within deadlines while maintaining a strong attention to detail and quality standards.
- Contribute creative ideas, assist in script development, and help plan engaging video concepts that align with current trends and audience interests.
- Apply knowledge of viral hooks, storytelling techniques, and audience retention strategies to maximize content impact.

Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in videography and editing short-form video content for social media.
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro; familiarity with DaVinci Resolve is preferred.
- Excellent skills in color grading, cinematography, and visual storytelling.
- Solid understanding of social media trends, viral content strategies, and audience engagement methods.
- Ability to write scripts and contribute original ideas for video content.
- Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits

- Flexible editing schedule allowing work from home or office, with on-site presence required for shooting days.
- Shooting days are scheduled for Friday, Saturday, and Sunday in Karachi.
