Videographer / Director of Photography

We are seeking a talented and motivated cinematographer to join our in-house content studio based in Lahore. This full-time, on-site role reports directly to the Content Director and offers a unique opportunity to shape the visual identity of two rapidly growing personal brands led by founders Arshak and Aana. Our studio focuses on creating daily documentary-style content that captures authentic business and lifestyle stories, aiming to establish these founders as some of the most-watched voices in the country. Key Responsibilities
- Shoot daily content including founder activities, meetings, site visits, events, talking heads, podcasts, and b-roll footage.
- Define and maintain the visual signature through lighting, lens choices, framing, color, and camera movement.
- Adapt seamlessly between run-and-gun documentary shooting and controlled, lit studio setups, often within the same day.
- Record clean, high-quality audio on every shoot.
- Frame shots for both vertical and horizontal formats to optimize content for multiple platforms from a single shoot.
- Offload, label, and deliver footage on the same day, providing detailed notes to enable efficient editing workflows.
- Manage all gear responsibilities, including specifying equipment needs, maintaining the kit, and ensuring readiness for quick deployment.
- Collaborate closely with the Content Director on shot lists and overall series aesthetics, and work with editors on color grading.
- Brief and lead second-camera freelancers during larger shoots.

Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of professional shooting experience with a reel demonstrating cinematic work focused on real people and authentic moments, beyond commercial or wedding projects.
- Mastery of lighting techniques, particularly minimal setups using a single key light shaped effectively.
- Strong documentary instincts with the ability to capture genuine moments naturally without retakes.
- Proficiency with Osmo Mobile gimbals and mirrorless cinema cameras such as the Sony FX series or similar, along with experience using gimbals and wireless audio systems.
- Working knowledge of color grading and log workflows.
- Ability to work discreetly and maintain an easy presence, as the role involves close daily interaction with the founders and their family.
- Flexibility to work varied hours, including evenings, weekends, and occasional travel.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Ownership of personal camera and audio equipment is a plus.
- Drone license and experience in aerial videography.
- Skills in still photography.
- Basic video editing proficiency using Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve.
