Key Responsibilities
The Videographer / Editor will be responsible for planning, shooting, and editing video content that highlights Kopious Coffee’s products, brand story, and customer experiences across various digital platforms. Daily tasks include operating cameras, setting up lighting and audio equipment, and capturing footage within café and roastery settings. The role requires editing raw footage into engaging videos tailored for social media, marketing campaigns, and internal communications. Collaboration with marketing and brand teams is essential to develop creative concepts, maintain visual consistency, and ensure timely delivery of projects. Additionally, the candidate will organize media assets and ensure all video content adheres to established brand guidelines.

Required Qualifications
- Proficient in video production with experience in shooting content for marketing, social media, and brand storytelling.
- Skilled in camera operation, familiar with various camera types and settings.
- Basic understanding of lighting techniques suitable for both indoor and outdoor shoots.
- Experienced in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar, including basic sound editing skills.
- Ability to interpret creative briefs and translate them into compelling visual narratives while following brand guidelines.
- Strong attention to detail, excellent time management, and the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills to work closely with marketing, sales, and operations teams.
- Previous experience in commercial, product, or lifestyle videography is preferred.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
