Videographer

Overhaule is seeking a talented Videographer who can transform creative direction into compelling visual content. In this role, you will collaborate closely with Creative Directors to produce video materials for brands, social media, advertising campaigns, and other commercial projects. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of cameras, lenses, lighting, framing, composition, and camera movement, confidently managing the technical aspects of production to bring creative visions to life.

Key Responsibilities
- Execute video shoots according to the guidance provided by Creative Directors.
- Operate cameras, lenses, lighting, and other production equipment efficiently.
- Set up and adjust lighting to meet the specific needs of each shoot.
- Apply proper framing, composition, angles, and camera movements to capture dynamic footage.
- Ensure footage is clean, well-exposed, and technically sound.
- Collaborate with Creative Directors to accurately translate creative concepts into final video outputs.
- Manage camera and lighting setups across various environments, including studio, indoor, and outdoor locations.
- Organize and manage footage systematically after each shoot.
- Perform basic to intermediate video editing tasks when required, including cuts, adjustments, and footage selection using software such as Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or Final Cut Pro.
- Maintain and care for all camera, lighting, and production equipment.
- Adapt quickly to changes during shoots and work efficiently within tight production schedules.

Required Qualifications
- Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 2 years of relevant videography experience.
- Strong knowledge of camera operation and fundamental cinematography principles.
- Good understanding of lenses, lighting techniques, and camera settings.
- Proficient in framing, composition, angles, and camera movement.
- Comfortable working with various cameras and production equipment.
- Basic to intermediate skills in video editing software.
- Keen visual awareness and strong attention to detail.
- Ability to take creative direction and execute it precisely.
- Reliable, organized, and able to thrive in a fast-paced production environment.
- A portfolio or showreel showcasing previous work is highly preferred.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
While you are not required to originate creative ideas, your strength lies in executing them flawlessly. This role offers a competitive monthly salary ranging from PKR 70,000 to 100,000, commensurate with skills and experience. Additional benefits include annual performance bonuses, paid time off, and a standard five-day workweek from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. You will have two weekly days off, with flexibility depending on shooting schedules and production demands.
