Videographer

Better Development, a dynamic real estate development and services company located in DHA Phase 1, Islamabad, is seeking a talented Creative Videographer & Content Creator to join our team full-time. As a company committed to quality projects, transparency, and innovative marketing, we want someone who can bring our properties and brand story to life through compelling visual content. This role involves more than just filming; you will be responsible for managing the entire video production process from concept to final edit, collaborating closely with our Marketing Manager and sales team to produce engaging videos that attract buyers, investors, and followers.

Key Responsibilities
- Shoot and edit property walkthroughs, project showcases, and site progress videos.
- Create engaging short-form content tailored for social media platforms such as Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts.
- Develop and pitch fresh creative concepts and campaign ideas on a monthly basis.
- Film client testimonials, team features, and behind-the-scenes footage.
- Capture events, project launches, and site visits to highlight company milestones.
- Plan shoots, scripts, and storyboards in collaboration with the marketing team.
- Manage and organize the company’s video and photo library to ensure easy access and proper archiving.
- Stay informed about the latest trends in real estate marketing and social media content strategies.

Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in videography and video editing with a strong portfolio demonstrating creative storytelling (portfolio links are requested).
- Proficiency in industry-standard editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve.
- Solid understanding of lighting, composition, camera movement, and audio techniques.
- Experience creating content specifically for Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube platforms.
- Ability to work independently and proactively generate original ideas.
- Willingness to work on-site and travel to various project locations within Islamabad and Rawalpindi.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits

- Skills in drone operation to capture aerial footage.
- Basic photography and graphic design capabilities.
