Videographer

Better Development, a dynamic real estate development and services company located in DHA Phase 1, Islamabad, is seeking a talented Creative Videographer & Content Creator to join our team full-time on-site. We pride ourselves on delivering quality projects with transparency and innovative marketing strategies. This role offers a unique opportunity to craft compelling visual stories that showcase our properties and brand identity, working closely with the Marketing Manager and sales team to engage buyers, investors, and followers through captivating video content.

Key Responsibilities
- Shoot and edit high-quality videos including property walkthroughs, project showcases, and site progress updates.
- Develop engaging short-form content tailored for social media platforms such as Instagram Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts.
- Propose innovative creative concepts and campaign ideas on a monthly basis to enhance brand visibility.
- Film client testimonials, team features, and behind-the-scenes footage to build authentic connections with the audience.
- Capture events, project launches, and site visits to document company milestones and activities.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to plan shoots, write scripts, and create storyboards that align with campaign goals.
- Organize and maintain the company’s video and photo library for easy access and efficient content management.
- Stay informed about the latest trends in real estate marketing and social media to keep content fresh and relevant.

Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in videography and video editing with a strong portfolio demonstrating creative storytelling (portfolio links required).
- Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve.
- Solid technical knowledge of lighting, composition, camera movement, and audio recording.
- Experience producing content specifically for Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube platforms.
- Ability to work independently, take initiative, and generate original ideas that align with company objectives.
- Willingness to work on-site and travel to various project locations within Islamabad and Rawalpindi.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Experience in real estate, architecture, or lifestyle content creation is highly desirable.
- Skills in drone operation to capture aerial footage.
- Basic photography and graphic design abilities to complement videography work.
- Ownership of personal camera equipment is a plus.
