Videographer

OZ Group is seeking a talented and creative Videographer to join our team at Bahria Orchard, Lahore. The ideal candidate will have 1 to 3 years of professional experience in videography, video production, and editing. This role requires a keen eye for detail and strong visual storytelling skills to produce high-quality video content for marketing campaigns, promotional activities, corporate events, and social media platforms. The position is full-time and on-site, offering an excellent opportunity to contribute to diverse creative projects within a professional environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Capture high-quality video footage for marketing campaigns, promotional content, corporate events, and company projects.
- Plan and execute video shoots, including camera setup, lighting, framing, and composition to ensure professional production standards.
- Edit and enhance video footage using industry-standard editing software to create polished final products.
- Develop engaging video content tailored for social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube.
- Collaborate closely with marketing and content teams to brainstorm and develop creative video concepts and ideas.
- Record behind-the-scenes footage, interviews, project updates, and promotional videos to support various company initiatives.
- Maintain high standards of visuals, audio quality, lighting, and overall production throughout all projects.
- Stay informed about the latest videography techniques, editing tools, and social media trends to keep content fresh and relevant.
- Organize and manage video footage, project files, and other media assets efficiently.

Required Qualifications
- 1 to 3 years of professional experience in videography and video editing.
- Proficiency in operating cameras, managing lighting, and composing shots effectively.
- Hands-on experience with video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects, or DaVinci Resolve.
- Strong understanding of social media video formats, including Reels, Shorts, and other promotional content styles.
- Demonstrated creativity, attention to detail, and a strong sense of visual storytelling.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
- A portfolio or showreel showcasing previous videography and editing work is required or highly preferred.
- Willingness and ability to work on-site at Bahria Orchard, Lahore.
