The Videographer position at DIY Apparel is a hybrid role based in Lahore, offering flexibility for remote work. This role involves planning, shooting, and editing engaging video content that highlights products, brand stories, and behind-the-scenes processes. The content will primarily be used for marketing and social media channels. The Videographer will work closely with creative, marketing, and production teams to develop concepts, manage equipment, and maintain a consistent visual style. Daily responsibilities include operating cameras, setting up lighting for both indoor and outdoor shoots, capturing high-quality footage in studio and on location, and organizing media assets for post-production. Additionally, the role requires contributing fresh ideas for video formats, optimizing content for digital platforms, and meeting tight deadlines in a fast-paced creative environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Plan, shoot, and edit video content that effectively showcases products and brand narratives.
- Collaborate with creative, marketing, and production teams to develop video concepts and ensure alignment with brand guidelines.
- Operate various camera equipment and manage lighting setups for both studio and on-location shoots.
- Capture stable, well-composed footage that meets professional standards.
- Organize and manage media files efficiently to support smooth post-production workflows.
- Contribute innovative ideas for new video formats and content optimization tailored for digital platforms.
- Ensure timely delivery of video projects while maintaining high-quality output.

Required Qualifications
- Strong skills in video production, including planning, shooting, and basic editing workflows.
- Proficient in camera operation with experience handling different camera types and settings.
- Ability to set up and manage lighting for indoor and outdoor shoots to achieve professional results.
- Hands-on experience shooting video in both studio and on-location environments.
- Familiarity with video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools.
- Solid understanding of visual storytelling, composition, framing, and basic sound principles for digital content.
- Excellent organizational skills, including file management, project tracking, and meeting deadlines.
- Effective communication and collaboration abilities to work seamlessly with cross-functional teams.
- A portfolio or showreel demonstrating previous videography work, preferably related to fashion, lifestyle, or product-focused content.
