Videographer

MGC Developments is seeking a skilled and imaginative Videographer to join our team. This role involves producing high-quality visual content that highlights our real estate projects, marketing initiatives, and social media presence. The ideal candidate will be passionate about storytelling through video and capable of delivering engaging, professional footage that supports our brand and business goals.

Key Responsibilities:
- Capture professional video footage of real estate properties, site visits, and company events.
- Develop compelling video content tailored for social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube.
- Manage all aspects of video editing, including color grading, transitions, and sound synchronization.
- Collaborate closely with marketing and social media teams to brainstorm and execute creative content ideas.
- Produce a variety of video formats including promotional videos, property walkthroughs, reels, and corporate presentations.
- Ensure all video content meets high-quality standards and is delivered on schedule.
- Stay informed about the latest trends in videography and evolving social media content formats to keep our content fresh and relevant.

Required Qualifications:
- Demonstrated experience in videography and video editing.
- Proficiency with video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or CapCut.
- Strong knowledge of camera operation, lighting techniques, framing, and composition.
- Excellent creative vision paired with meticulous attention to detail.
- Ability to work on-site and travel to various project locations as needed.
- A portfolio or showreel showcasing previous videography work is essential.
