Videographer & Video Editor

Vostro World, a leading fitness brand based in Islamabad, is seeking a talented Videographer & Video Editor to join their team full-time. This role involves managing the entire video production process, from conceptualizing and filming high-energy workout reels to editing compelling member transformation stories and promotional advertisements. The ideal candidate will have a passion for fitness cinematography and the ability to create visually striking, viral-ready content that embodies the premium and dynamic spirit of Vostro World.

Key Responsibilities

- Production & Shooting: Plan and execute video shoots within the club, including operating cameras, setting up lighting, and capturing high-quality audio.
- Fitness Cinematography: Film dynamic movements, track weights during lifts, and focus on the authentic emotion and effort of members and trainers.
- Post-Production: Edit raw footage into engaging short-form content such as Reels and TikToks, as well as long-form videos for YouTube and advertisements.
- Creative Enhancements: Utilize advanced techniques including color grading, sound design, transitions, and motion graphics to maintain a luxury fitness aesthetic.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the Marketing Manager and Sales Team to produce content aligned with monthly campaigns and membership drives.
- Asset Management: Organize and maintain a comprehensive digital library of all raw and edited footage for future marketing use.

Required Qualifications

- Expert proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects.
- Skilled in operating DSLR or mirrorless cameras, gimbals, and studio lighting equipment.
- Strong understanding of current social media trends, including popular audio and editing styles on Instagram and TikTok.
- A robust portfolio or showreel showcasing sports, fitness, or high-energy lifestyle video content.
- Bachelor’s degree in Film Production, Multimedia, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
