We are seeking a talented and creative Videographer / Video Editor to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for producing high-quality, engaging video content that supports marketing campaigns, social media initiatives, promotional activities, and events. This role requires a strong grasp of videography, video editing, and visual storytelling, with the ability to capture compelling moments and craft captivating digital media that resonates with our audience.

Key Responsibilities
- Shoot and edit professional-quality videos for social media platforms, marketing campaigns, events, and promotional purposes.
- Produce engaging Reels, Shorts, promotional videos, and other digital content formats.
- Capture dynamic footage using effective camera techniques including angles, lighting, framing, and movement.
- Edit videos incorporating creative transitions, music, captions, sound effects, and visual effects to enhance storytelling.
- Perform basic color correction, color grading, and audio editing to ensure polished final outputs.
- Collaborate closely with marketing and creative teams to brainstorm content ideas and execute campaigns effectively.
- Ensure all video content aligns with brand guidelines and maintain well-organized project files.
- Incorporate feedback promptly, meet project deadlines, and stay updated on the latest video production trends and techniques.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Media Studies, Mass Communication, Digital Media, Multimedia Arts, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications and Skills
- 4 to 5 years of professional experience in videography and video editing.
- Hands-on experience with DSLR or mirrorless cameras, gimbals, and Adobe After Effects is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro or equivalent professional video editing software.
- Strong understanding of camera operations, lighting setups, composition, and visual storytelling principles.
- Knowledge of color grading, audio editing, animation, and motion graphics to enhance video quality.
- Excellent creativity, attention to detail, communication skills, and the ability to manage time effectively.
- A portfolio or showreel demonstrating previous work is mandatory for consideration.

Salary Range: Rs. 80,000 to Rs. 120,000 per month
