Gohata Global, based in Lahore, Pakistan, is seeking a talented and technically proficient Videographer & Video Editor to join its dynamic marketing team on a full-time, on-site basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating visually compelling and brand-aligned video content that effectively communicates our message across various social media platforms. This role requires a strong grasp of visual storytelling, camera operation, lighting techniques, and post-production processes. The ideal professional will be capable of independently managing video projects from concept through to final delivery, ensuring high-quality output that resonates with our audience.

Key Responsibilities
- Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality video content tailored for social media channels such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
- Produce a variety of video formats including promotional videos, short-form reels, interviews, event coverage, and institutional content.
- Operate and manage camera equipment, lighting setups, and audio recording to ensure optimal production quality.
- Edit videos using professional software, integrating motion graphics, transitions, subtitles, sound design, and color grading to enhance the final product.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing team to develop creative concepts and execute engaging campaigns.
- Maintain consistent visual quality and uphold the brand identity across all video productions.
- Organize and archive footage, project files, and media assets systematically.
- Stay informed about emerging video formats, production techniques, and social media trends to keep content fresh and relevant.

Required Qualifications
- Demonstrated professional experience in videography and video editing.
- Proficiency in industry-standard editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or equivalent.
- Solid understanding of camera settings, lighting, composition, and audio recording techniques.
- Proven ability to create engaging short-form content optimized for social media platforms.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- A compelling portfolio showcasing filming and editing expertise.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Experience with After Effects or other motion graphics software is considered an advantage.
