Virtual Assistant - Entry Level Job

EZY Business Applications is seeking a motivated Virtual Assistant for an entry-level position based in Gulistan-e-Johar, Block 3, Karachi. This onsite role requires candidates who are flexible to work both day and night shifts, each lasting 9 hours. The ideal candidate should be able to commute easily to the office location and be comfortable handling various administrative and client-related tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle client tasks including order processing and data entry with accuracy.
- Manage and update records using Google Spreadsheets as well as MS Excel and Word.
- Assist with daily online client activities to ensure smooth operations.
- Provide administrative support and maintain proper documentation for all assigned tasks.
- Communicate effectively with clients to ensure timely completion and follow-up of tasks.

Required Qualifications
- Intermediate education or graduation is mandatory.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications is required.
- Experience or ability to work efficiently with Google Spreadsheets.
- Intermediate or higher level of English listening and speaking skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients and team members.
- Availability to work both day and night shifts as per business needs.
