Virtual Care Coordinator / Practice Manager

Cedar Holdings International is looking for a dedicated and experienced Virtual Care Coordinator / Practice Manager to lead and manage our virtual healthcare operations from our Lahore office. This full-time position focuses on overseeing telehealth services to ensure the delivery of high-quality remote patient care. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare management, particularly within virtual or telehealth environments, and possess excellent organizational and leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily virtual healthcare operations while ensuring compliance with relevant healthcare regulations.
- Coordinate with healthcare professionals to optimize patient care delivery and maintain seamless communication.
- Manage scheduling, staffing, and logistics for online consultations to ensure efficient service delivery.
- Develop, implement, and monitor virtual care strategies aimed at improving operational efficiency and patient outcomes.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration or a related field.
