Key Responsibilities
- Lead management and handling drop-offs during new client acquisition to ensure smooth onboarding experiences.
- Managing NSTP (Non-Standard Transaction Processing) scenarios effectively.
- Assisting clients throughout the onboarding process and providing ongoing client servicing.
- Handling client complaints promptly and professionally to maintain high satisfaction levels.
- Identifying and executing cross-selling opportunities within the first three months of client onboarding to expand the client portfolio.
- Managing client portfolios with a focus on growth and retention.
- Assessing client needs and recommending appropriate products and services while ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory guidelines.
- Resolving client issues related to services, products, or transactions within the scope of the role, and escalating complex matters to relevant internal teams or management.
- Proactively engaging clients to build long-term relationships, enhance satisfaction, and encourage continued use of the bank’s services.
- Developing customized communication strategies and follow-up schedules to maintain consistent client engagement.
- Ensuring all client interactions, transactions, and recommendations comply with the bank’s policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Identifying potential risks and escalating concerns to the appropriate Line Manager, Compliance, or FP&I teams.
- Making decisions regarding the allocation of time and resources to client accounts based on priority and opportunity.
- Leading and developing a high-performing Virtual Relationship Manager team.
- Achieving assigned business targets and key performance indicators (KPIs), including acquisition, revenue growth, client engagement, and retention, while ensuring full compliance with internal policies, Group standards, and regulatory requirements.
