The Visa Consultant position at Rizen Consultancy is a full-time, on-site role based in Multan. The consultant will guide clients through the entire visa application process, from initial counseling and eligibility assessment to document preparation and submission for study and work visas. Daily responsibilities include conducting client consultations, explaining immigration and visa requirements, and staying informed about the latest regulations. The role also involves coordinating with universities, embassies, and other relevant stakeholders to facilitate smooth application processing.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough consultations to assess client profiles and advise on suitable countries and programs for study or work abroad.
- Guide clients through visa eligibility criteria and application procedures, ensuring clarity and understanding.
- Prepare, review, and verify all necessary documentation to comply with immigration standards and regulatory requirements.
- Submit visa applications and track their progress, providing timely updates and follow-ups to clients.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, application statuses, and case details.
- Respond professionally to client queries and provide ongoing support throughout the visa process.
- Collaborate with universities, embassies, and other partners to resolve issues and enhance service delivery.
- Contribute to continuous process improvements and uphold high service quality standards.
- Manage multiple cases simultaneously while meeting deadlines in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Required Qualifications
- Strong understanding of immigration policies and visa procedures, with hands-on experience in handling visa applications.
- Knowledge of various visa categories, including student, work, and other specialized visas.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with clients.
- Proficient consulting skills to evaluate client backgrounds and provide customized guidance on international education and employment pathways.
- High attention to detail and accuracy in reviewing documents, data entry, and ensuring compliance with regulatory frameworks.
- Ability to work on-site in Multan and manage multiple client cases efficiently.
- Proficiency in standard office software and online visa application portals; experience with CRM systems is advantageous.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline such as International Relations, Business, Education, or equivalent professional experience.
