The Visiting Aesthetic Physician role is based in DHA, Phase-8, Karachi, and operates on a sharing basis. The physician will be responsible for conducting aesthetic consultations and performing non-surgical cosmetic or surgical aesthetic procedures, depending on licensing and PMDC qualifications. Daily duties include assessing patient needs, taking detailed medical histories, and developing personalized treatment plans. The physician will administer various procedures such as injectables, laser treatments, skin rejuvenation therapies, and other clinic-approved interventions. Monitoring treatment outcomes, managing follow-up visits, and maintaining accurate documentation are essential aspects of this role. Ensuring all procedures comply with safety protocols and regulatory standards is critical. The physician will also collaborate with clinic staff to optimize patient flow, educate patients on treatment options and aftercare, and contribute to ongoing quality improvement initiatives within the clinic.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive aesthetic consultations and assess patient suitability for various treatments.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and clinical best practices.
- Perform non-surgical and, where qualified, surgical aesthetic procedures including injectables, laser therapies, chemical peels, and skin rejuvenation treatments.
- Monitor and evaluate treatment outcomes, managing follow-up appointments to ensure patient satisfaction and safety.
- Maintain accurate and thorough clinical documentation in compliance with regulatory and clinic standards.
- Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary clinic staff to ensure smooth patient flow and high-quality care delivery.
- Educate patients on treatment options, expected outcomes, and post-procedure care to support informed decision-making.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and stay updated on advancements in aesthetic medicine.

Required Qualifications
- Medical degree (MBBS or BDS) with a valid license to practice.
- Completed training or certification in aesthetic medicine, dermatology, or related specialties.
- Proven experience in performing non-surgical aesthetic procedures such as injectables, laser therapies, chemical peels, and skin rejuvenation.
- Strong procedural skills with meticulous attention to detail and patient safety.
- Sound clinical judgment, including knowledge of contraindications and management of complications.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of conducting empathetic consultations and managing patient expectations professionally.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary clinical team.
