Visiting Lecturer-Sociology

We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Sociology instructor to join our academic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering engaging lectures, designing assessments, and providing meaningful feedback to students. This role requires a commitment to fostering a positive learning environment and supporting student success through well-structured course delivery and evaluation.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and deliver well-structured lectures aligned with prescribed course modules.
- Design assignments, quizzes, mid-term exams, projects, and presentations to assess student understanding.
- Grade student submissions promptly and provide constructive, timely feedback to facilitate learning.
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance.

Required Qualifications:
- M.Phil in Sociology or MA in Sociology.
- 2-3 years of teaching experience at a university or affiliated college, preferably in Social Science, Sociology, or related fields.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
- Experience teaching Social Science or Sociology courses is highly preferred.
- Competitive hourly pay ranging from Rs 1,000 to Rs 1,200.
- This position requires in-person attendance at the designated work location.
