PNY Trainings is seeking a knowledgeable and experienced Software Quality Assurance (SQA) Instructor to join our team on a part-time basis. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering both theoretical and practical training sessions in software testing and quality assurance at our Arfa Tower campus. This role involves equipping students with the essential skills and tools required to excel in the field of software testing, ensuring they are industry-ready upon course completion.

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver onsite theoretical and hands-on practical sessions in Software Quality Assurance.
- Teach core topics including Manual Testing, Automation Testing, Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), and Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC).
- Train students in creating and executing test cases, test scenarios, test plans, and defect reporting.
- Cover various testing types such as functional, regression, integration, system, and usability testing.
- Provide practical training on industry-standard tools like Selenium, Postman, and JIRA, or other relevant software.
- Introduce students to API testing and database testing methodologies.
- Explain automation testing concepts and frameworks to enhance students’ technical capabilities.
- Develop and assign practical testing projects and assignments to reinforce learning.
- Guide students in preparing comprehensive QA documentation and building professional portfolios.
- Conduct regular assessments to evaluate student progress and understanding.
- Introduce Agile and Scrum practices as they relate to quality assurance processes.
- Continuously update course content to ensure alignment with current industry trends and standards.

Required Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
- A minimum of 4 to 5 years of professional experience in Software Quality Assurance, testing, or teaching in a relevant domain.
- Strong expertise in both manual and automation testing techniques.
- Hands-on experience with tools such as Selenium, Postman, and JIRA, or equivalent testing tools.
- Excellent analytical skills coupled with strong verbal and written communication abilities.

Compensation
The position offers a daily pay rate ranging from Rs. 1,800 to Rs. 2,000.

Work Location
This role requires the instructor to work onsite at the Arfa Software Technology Park, Lahore.
