Visual Content Creator

Origency is seeking a talented and self-motivated Content Creator to join its dynamic creative team based in Gujrat, Pakistan. This on-ground position involves working closely with one of our clients to capture and produce daily visual content that resonates with audiences. The role offers a flexible Monday to Saturday schedule and requires a creative individual who thrives in an agency environment focused on storytelling, independence, and innovation.

Key Responsibilities:
- Capture and produce engaging video and photo content showcasing day-to-day activities at the client’s location.
- Operate DSLR cameras and gimbals to shoot high-quality visuals optimized for social media platforms.
- Edit photos and videos to create compelling reels, stories, and posts.
- Proactively pitch and execute creative content ideas that align with current trends and audience preferences.
- Collaborate effectively with coaches, staff, and other on-site personnel to develop authentic and engaging stories.
- Organize and maintain all content files efficiently on Google Drive, ensuring easy access and management.
- Tailor content specifically for platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube Shorts to maximize reach and engagement.

Required Qualifications:
- Proficient in operating DSLR cameras and gimbals with a strong understanding of framing, lighting, and composition.
- Excellent communication skills combined with a proactive and responsible attitude.
- Ability to work independently, take full ownership of creative output, and consistently meet tight daily deadlines.
- Comfortable using Google Drive for file organization and sharing.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
- Experience with editing software such as Capcut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, Lightroom, or similar tools.
- Previous experience in content creation or digital media is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of social-first content strategies to effectively engage online audiences.
- An interest in lifestyle, fitness, or sports content is considered an advantage.
