We are seeking a highly creative and tech-savvy Visual Content Specialist to join our team in Karachi on a full-time, onsite basis. This role involves conceptualizing, designing, and producing compelling static graphics, motion assets, and AI-driven video content that drives engagement and conversions. The ideal candidate will have a solid foundation in design principles and a strong enthusiasm for exploring and integrating next-generation AI video tools to enhance workflow efficiency and elevate the quality of visual output.
Key Responsibilities
AI Video Production & Editing:
Utilize generative AI video platforms such as Runway, Sora, Pika, Midjourney, ElevenLabs, HeyGen, or similar tools to develop innovative visual concepts, b-roll footage, and synthetic avatars. Edit raw video clips, motion graphics, and AI-generated assets into polished content tailored for social media channels including Reels, Shorts, TikTok, LinkedIn, as well as corporate presentations. Continuously explore emerging AI video technologies, experimenting with new workflows to ensure brand visuals remain cutting-edge. Responsibilities also include storyboarding, sound design, color grading, applying visual effects, and creating dynamic captions.
Graphic & Visual Design:
Create visually striking digital and print materials such as social media posts, advertising creatives, presentation decks, brochures, and web banners. Ensure all designs maintain strict brand consistency across various platforms and campaigns. Translate creative briefs into impactful static and animated visuals that resonate with target audiences.
Required Qualifications
Experience:
A minimum of 2 to 3 years of practical experience in graphic design, video editing, and digital content creation is essential.
Work Arrangement:
This is a 100% onsite position based at our Karachi office.
AI Knowledge & Skills:
Demonstrated interest and hands-on experience with AI tools for image generation, video prompting, voiceovers, or automated editing processes.
Portfolio:
Submission of a portfolio or showreel is mandatory. It should clearly showcase graphic design work, edited videos, and AI-enhanced or AI-assisted creative projects.
Technical Software Skills:
Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud applications including Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, and After Effects. Familiarity with AI video generation engines such as Runway, Midjourney, Kling, Stable Diffusion, or comparable platforms is required. A strong grasp of typography, color theory, layout design, and video pacing is also necessary.
Soft Skills:
Excellent time-management skills to consistently meet tight deadlines without compromising quality. A proactive mindset with a passion for continuous learning and staying updated on technological innovations is highly valued.
