We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Visual Merchandiser to elevate the in-store customer experience by designing attractive and commercially effective product displays. The successful candidate will ensure that all retail locations consistently uphold the brand’s visual merchandising standards, enhance product visibility, and contribute to increased sales through strategic and impactful merchandising initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement visual merchandising standards across all retail outlets to maintain brand consistency.
- Design and execute appealing product displays, window presentations, and promotional setups in line with brand guidelines.
- Arrange merchandise to maximize customer engagement and drive sales performance.
- Lead the execution of seasonal campaigns, promotional displays, and new collection launches.
- Conduct regular store visits to monitor compliance with visual merchandising standards and ensure uniformity across locations.
- Train store teams on visual merchandising techniques and display upkeep to maintain high standards.
- Plan product placement strategies based on sales data, customer behavior insights, and inventory levels.
- Collaborate closely with Buying, Marketing, and Retail teams to coordinate campaign execution.
- Maintain the cleanliness, organization, and overall visual appeal of the sales floor environment.
- Perform periodic visual merchandising audits and prepare reports with actionable recommendations for improvement.
- Ensure the correct use of signage, props, fixtures, mannequins, and other display materials.
- Stay informed about current fashion trends, competitor activities, and industry best practices to keep displays fresh and relevant.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design, Visual Merchandising, Interior Design, Marketing, or a related discipline.
- 1 to 2 years of experience in visual merchandising, preferably within the fashion or retail sectors.
- Strong understanding of retail merchandising principles and customer buying behavior.
- Excellent aesthetic sense, including color coordination and space planning skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications; familiarity with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or Canva is a plus.
- Effective communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple store visits efficiently.
- Willingness to travel frequently between retail locations.
