We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Visual Merchandising (VM) Merchandiser Intern to join our team for a two-month internship based in Block-6, P.E.C.H.S., Karachi. This opportunity is ideal for degree holders or fresh graduates who are eager to gain practical experience in the fashion retail industry. The intern will work closely with the Visual Merchandising team, contributing to various aspects of store presentation and display planning while developing valuable skills in a dynamic retail environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in conducting market research and competitor analysis to support merchandising strategies.
- Support the execution of store and outlet displays, ensuring alignment with brand standards.
- Help develop and implement planograms to optimize product placement.
- Assist in product styling and display planning to enhance visual appeal.
- Prepare visual merchandising presentations, mood boards, and display concepts for campaigns and seasonal setups.
- Support seasonal and campaign-based visual setups to maintain fresh and engaging store environments.
- Conduct outlet visits to monitor and ensure adherence to VM standards.
- Coordinate with both the Visual Merchandising and Retail teams to facilitate smooth display execution.
- Maintain consistent visual merchandising guidelines across all retail outlets.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Fashion, Textile, Fine Arts, Design, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- A creative mindset with a strong eye for aesthetics and presentation.
- Basic proficiency in MS PowerPoint and Excel.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Willingness to travel to retail outlets as needed.
