We are seeking a dedicated Vocational Trainer to join our team in Lahore. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assessing students’ abilities, delivering tailored training programs, and monitoring progress to ensure effective skill development. This role involves working closely with various departments, maintaining detailed records, and supporting the overall vocational training section through hands-on teaching and administrative duties.

Key Responsibilities

- Assess students’ abilities using checklists prepared by each vocational training department.
- Design and implement individualized training programs for each student.
- Conduct reassessments and modify training plans as necessary to meet student needs.
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and prepare regular reports in accordance with departmental guidelines.
- Ensure economical use of materials by minimizing waste and applying recycling concepts to optimize resources.
- Complete assigned projects and tasks within established deadlines.
- Assist senior staff with procurement of materials when required.
- Provide training and guidance to trainees, interns, and other staff members within your area of expertise.
- Organize, participate in, and facilitate sales and promotional activities related to the vocational training section.
- For senior vocational trainers responsible for private assessments, prepare detailed assessment reports.
- Maintain safety and cleanliness standards in the vocational training room, including equipment and finished products.
- Perform any other duties assigned by management.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree (preferred).
- At least 1 year of experience in vocational work (preferred).
- Ability to work in person at the Lahore location.
