Mars BPO Pvt Ltd is currently looking for motivated Voice Agents, both male and female, to join our in-house international campaign. This full-time role involves working night shifts and requires excellent communication skills to engage potential customers over the phone. As a Voice Agent, you will be responsible for promoting our products and services, playing a vital role in helping the company achieve its business goals and support sustainable growth. Female employees will benefit from transportation services, including drop-off, to ensure a safe and convenient commute.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to present and promote company products and services.
- Utilize strong communication and negotiation skills to engage prospects effectively.
- Achieve and surpass daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and business objectives.
- Maintain professionalism and courtesy during all customer interactions.
- Participate actively in training sessions to improve product knowledge and sales techniques.
Required Qualifications:
- Proficiency in English with excellent verbal communication skills.
- Solid understanding of marketing, sales, and negotiation principles.
- Ability to learn quickly and a genuine passion for sales.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and capable of working independently.
Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
- Previous experience in BPO or sales is advantageous; however, paid training is available for qualified candidates with relevant skills.
- Competitive compensation starting with a basic salary of PKR 60,000.
- Attractive bonus plans with potential earnings up to PKR 1,000,000.
