This full-time, on-site Volunteer position is based in Islamabad and offers an opportunity to support various digital initiatives, community outreach programs, and internal projects aimed at promoting connectivity and technology adoption. The role involves assisting teams with data collection and documentation, organizing events and awareness campaigns, and providing administrative and coordination support. Volunteers may also engage with customers or community stakeholders, prepare basic reports, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of projects. This position provides valuable exposure to a dynamic telecom environment and allows volunteers to contribute meaningfully to Zong’s mission of fostering a more connected and digitally empowered Pakistan.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in data collection, documentation, and maintaining records related to digital initiatives and community programs.
- Support the organization and execution of events, awareness campaigns, and outreach activities.
- Provide administrative and coordination assistance to various teams to facilitate project workflows.
- Engage with customers and community stakeholders to promote technology adoption and gather feedback.
- Prepare basic reports and presentations to track progress and outcomes of assigned activities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and effective delivery of projects.
- Maintain a proactive approach to learning and contribute ideas to improve ongoing initiatives.

Required Qualifications

- Demonstrated interest in telecommunications, information technology, or digital services.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with digital tools and online platforms.
- Good organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Ability to work on-site in Islamabad and adapt to a structured office environment.
- Positive and proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and take initiative.
- Current student or recent graduate in Business, IT, Engineering, Marketing, or a related field.
