We are looking for a well-presented and customer-oriented French Club Waiter who can communicate effectively in English. Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests courteously and professionally.
- Accurately and efficiently take food and beverage orders.
- Serve food and drinks following established service standards.
- Ensure tables are properly set and maintained throughout service.
- Provide menu recommendations and respond to customer inquiries.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the dining area.
- Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders.
- Handle customer complaints politely and escalate issues when necessary.
- Process bills and payments accurately and efficiently.

Required Qualifications:
- Minimum education: Matriculation or Intermediate; hospitality qualifications are preferred.
- 1 to 3 years of experience as a waiter, ideally in a club or fine dining setting.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends.
- Professional appearance and a positive, customer-focused attitude.
