Key Responsibilities:
- Greeting and Seating: Warmly welcome customers, escort them to their tables, and provide menus.
- Taking Orders: Accurately record food and beverage orders, and respond to any questions regarding ingredients or daily specials.
- Serving: Promptly deliver food and drinks from the kitchen and bar to the appropriate tables.
- Customer Care: Monitor guests during their meals to ensure satisfaction, addressing any concerns or special requests as needed.
- Billing and Payments: Prepare bills, process cash or credit card payments, and return correct change efficiently.
- Cleanliness: Clear used dishes, wipe down tables, and assist in maintaining a clean and organized dining area.
Required Qualifications:
- Education level ranging from Matriculation to Master’s degree.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively within a team-oriented environment.
- Commitment to delivering excellent customer service.
- Willingness to learn and embrace new responsibilities.
Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
- Previous experience in the hospitality or food service industry is advantageous.
