Agha Juice is looking for a courteous and dependable Waiter to join its team at the Karachi location. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in delivering a welcoming and efficient dining experience by providing attentive table service and ensuring accurate communication of orders. This position requires strong coordination with the kitchen and fellow staff members to maintain smooth operations in a fast-paced food and beverage setting. The Waiter will also be responsible for keeping the service area clean and organized while promptly addressing guest needs to enhance overall satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests warmly upon arrival.
- Take and accurately communicate food and beverage orders to the kitchen and bar staff.
- Serve food and drinks promptly and ensure guest satisfaction throughout their visit.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining and service areas.
- Respond quickly and politely to guest requests and resolve any issues that arise.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure smooth service flow.
- Follow all health and safety regulations and company policies.
- Assist in setting up and closing the dining area as required.
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience as a waiter or in a similar customer service role within the food and beverage industry.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to listen and convey information clearly.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Friendly and professional demeanor with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Basic knowledge of food hygiene and safety standards.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and carry trays or plates as needed.
